Cleo is a DC-based tattoo artist whose journey began in 2011 at just 16 years old, starting out as a self-taught creative. After refining her craft and studying in Miami, she began tattooing professionally in 2016 and has been building her name ever since.

Her work blends fine art with a modern edge, specializing in fine line, new school, continuous line, minimalist, micro, cartoon, colorful, and abstract tattoos. Cleo’s style is versatile, but always intentional—each piece is created with strong attention to detail and flow.
